    Managed to sort all leaks.

    I am running on D4

When I close tap. The Varistream kicks in with P.

BUT after that one P it won't kick in again. I can hear the pump very slowly turning.

If I lower the pressure cut off when I am cleaning it cuts out!

    Would this be a problem?

Note I do drain the trolley down after use including pump leaving it open to air build up so first few runs coughs and splutters till air blasted through so have to prime pump first but if not primed it runs similar to what you describe

Only drain the pump due to time of year as garage ain't much warmer than outside temps just precautionary this time of year and do prime the pump first now before use

My pump is in the van. So can't run dry.

But I wouldn't want one of these pumps in a trolley system. Would do my head in lol.

    I am on FLOW 4 PRESSURE D

Once the pressures set up ok should not change just up and down with flow any other problems will normally be leaks battery kinks in hose or air or the stop tap device
