You can adjust them. I think holding down the up arrow, switch to cal on screen then adjust accordingly up to or down.

Are you using any end stop connections? I recently changed the connection on "out" on my di which was a end stop connection and it was stopping the water from coming out the di... My pump was flashing de and that was the only thing I had changed so knew thats what it was...

    P on a Varistream is dead-ended.

Take off the outlet connector from the pump and switch the varistream on. Does the pump work? If yes, then take the connector off the Di Vessel. If its a hozelok with stop then either remove it or override the stop with a Hozelok joiner. Does the water flow when you put the Varistream on. If yes, replace the hozelok with a no stop unit. Does it work? Go through each join and check for problems.
You will find the problem eventually.

Each Varistream leaves the factory setup for a Shurflo pump so shouldn't need much immediate adjusting.

I've had problems with end stop hose connectors as Belfastcleaning has.
