VAT Exemption form

Hi guys,

ive been asked to supply a VAT exemption form by a management company. I can’t seemed to find one online anywhere, keep coming across a form for vat exemption for disabled people but nothing for a business/sole trader.

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

I would try HMRC or any . Gov  website it should be there somewhere I have never Hurd of it to be honest

Done work for loads of PM companies and never been asked for one. All contracts I get sent state the value of the job including VAT if applicable.

As long as you quote them a price and state you're not VAT registered they shouldn't need anything else.

I did a quick sweep of Google and can't find anything like as mentioned

Unless this refers to the CIS, construction industry scheme for subcontractors, which isn't applicable in our industry. Did a fascia clean of a Wickes new build and was asked for various forms before they'd pay me. Told them it, CIS, didn't apply to me so they paid me the full invoiced amount.
