So I organised with a cleaning company to go an clean this shop front they said 30 panes of glass so I gave them a qoute but as organised he was going to meet me there at 7am to give me the keys to enter waited there for 45mins and not only that there was 75 panes of glass I just left thinking if he can't come out on time like we organised he won't pay me he book in a job tomorrow as well I tried calling no answer have you guys experience this and what would you do

Do nothing except learn from it mate. If you had something in writing then I am sure you could invoice him for wasting your time.

I did a leaflet drop a year or so back, and one call I got was from a bloke that had a cleaning company specialising in deep/end of tenancy cleans. But the only bit he didn't do was the outside windows, so that's where I would come in. So out of the blue he called me a week later and organised for me to come and do a house in 3 weeks time. I put it in the diary. 3 weeks came and he text to cancel. Not sure if it was the night before or on the day, but I remember it was very short notice. Never heard from him again.

I'll never put myself out there for another company like that.
