One of the main problems with this particular squeegee is that the disc wears at the pivot.
This will enable you to fix and use your old disc again.

Here you will see how quick / easy it is to change these sleeves that are in the disc.
Not that they going to wear that quickly.
So when it does need replacing.
It will be quick and easy process.

Found when using these particular swivel squeegees first they do seem to work accurately / smoothly.
However the metal screw thread cuts up the plastic.
At the pivot point where, the disc and handle connects.
Over a short time the connection at the pivot point becomes very sloppy at the disc.
    So this is the solution.
This will not only last longer if it wears and you have problems.
It’s only a matter of changing the sleeves to get the squeegee to work like new again.

I'm also surprised wagtail have not rectified this issue with a metal collar insert as it is supposed to be a professional bit of kit.

    Yes Smurf,
This is the weak point in this squeegee.
    And wears quickly.
Dare say that the manufacturer could easily put a purpose made collar of some sorts at the pivot point.
