Been traditional cleaning now for 4-5 years wanting to start commercial now and invest into a water fed pole system and van  have not a clue were to start what to buy etc . Also want to know what qualifications and certificates I need to get contracts etc ?  Can some one help?

Get the kit get used to doing houses gain as much experience as you can with wfp then start approaching commercial premesis that’s what I did now we have some very nice jobs , only problem is if you loose a good paying commercial job it’s a big hit where as if you loose a couple of houses it’s no big deal , start small and build up on it , we now do some 8 storey hotels and 4 storey retirement apoattments so it can be done focus on quality of work believe it or not but I got a 20 grand a year contract from a large company beacause I did the M.D. secraterys daughters one bedroom flat and she recommended me as doing a good job , most of our work is got by recommendation although I do have a web site

I could do with some help on getting a kit to ?, I don’t know which brand to buy what poles what water purify etc tbh I don’t even know how to use one but I’m ready and commented to learn I want to offer more of a service and become professional in the industry . I have sacked loads off lads who come work for me who are fast at window cleaning but there quality is poor they have no passion what’s so ever in the job so I got rid but im now in a comftable position to invest into the next step .  recommendation on equipment I need would be a massive help ? Thank you

I have two vans vans with ionics systems kit it’s very good but not cheap many on hear will slate ionics but in 10 years + using the kit never had a problem . Grippatank are are very good Oliver is very knowledgeable and helpful don’t know where you are but you are welcome to come out with me for a couple of days if it would help you Ime Ime in Cornwall , Gardiners poles are the best a good carbon pole would be six in what ever size will suite the type of work you are doing unless you are looking at 40+ then an extreme would be better . Water filtration will depend on your tap water tds it’s difficult to explaine everything on hear but feel free to give me a ring on 07855462204 if you want to have a chat about anything
