WATER TANK IN TRAILER FROZEN

can anyone suggest a submersible water heater to put in my tank (which is in a trailer) so it would hopefully, stop the tap and water from freezing.thanks in advance

I use a 1kw aquarium heater but my van goes in the garage overnight which gets the water up to about 15c , If your trailer is out in the open then you will need a 2kw heater or higher not sure if you what potential electrical risk this may pose.

Does the aquarium heater just sit inside your tank? Also was it expensive, don’t suppose you can remember where it was from?

Sorry mate bought it years ago for less than £20.00, I think they are quite a bit more expensive these days.

I just place inside the tank and leave overnight.
