Water through RO from a static tank

If I have water in an Ibc is there anyway to get it through the RO etc. A pump of some sort?
Normally you would use the pressure from a tap but I don’t have one. May need to collect water and get it home then I need a way to get it from the static tank through the RO etc.
Anyone any ideas?

I have no mains water. Long story that is on another thread. I’m in the process of hiring a hydrant but I don’t know what the TDS will be so I’m trying to cover all bases

The same as that of the houses in the local area, as it comes from the same mains.

That’s what I was thinking. In the sink of the local toilets it’s 064 so I’m assuming it will be the same out of the hydrant. I was just thinking ahead in case for some reason it would be a higher tds out of the hydrant.
