    Its dawn maderia cake, each tier is actually two baked cakes and each cake cut horizontally in half so four layers, each filled with buttercream generously andtotally covered too, then fondant icing over the top

    I thought this would be the best way to tell people :rolleyes::D

    Actually a *** customer of mine is a pro cake maker and he gave me some tips a few years back when i made my first wedding cake which was for my own wedding, saved us a few quid, isnt ashard as it looks really when u got an eye for detail and dont cut corners and buy quality tools and ingredients, its the same as window cleaning, buythebest and listen to people who are better than you and you get good results.
