Perfect morning. Got there at 8.45, home by 11.25. Blast with the turbo lance, a spray over with hypo, and a wash down with the hose. £130 for under 3 hours work. If only they all went this smoothly and quick WP_20160312_09_32_36_Pro.jpg WP_20160312_10_39_08_Pro.jpg

That's the part about this gig that I am trying to get my head around - having to go back and resand - so that's more time and cost for sand (cheap at builders merchants I know). But add this to the three hours you've done already it's not quite so rosy unless I'm missing something? Still good money though - how long would the resand take?

you quote the sand into the price mate, IE: if your going £2 per m2 then with sand you add 50p per m2 (or whatever you feel its going to cost you) then you return on a dry day and sand it down.

*edit* you need kiln dried sand, get a few bags in (its about £4 a bag) dont use soft or sharp, just kiln dried

Cheers - how long would a drive as shown in this piccy typically take to resand?
