Lol, so what are your plans now johnnyt ? are u planning on getting your own van & system ?

Good van - £3000-£4000

Good wfp setup - £1500

Uniform - £30

5000 flyers - £100

Go knocking every day for a month... You just saved about 10k

^^^^^ Thats everything u need /emoticons/tongue.png ^^^^^

U can get a decent van starting from £2500.... but u can pick up some decent vans out their for 3,000 , U dont need to spend £4,000 but u can do if u want a newer van mate.

Low cost overall /emoticons/biggrin.png if u go canvassing all day u will be really happy with yourself at the end of the month mate.

U got to stick to canvassing every day when possible aswell.

This isn't a franchise it's just some guy selling off his customers and letting you use his logo! What a joker.

Lol hes trying to sell his logo /emoticons/smile.png what a fool haha if anyone falls for this they are just stupid

I'm still considering what too do.As for vans, I might check out some BCA auctions for Ex- Royalmail, BT,BG or old bill vans.

Lots of good advice there and your actions suggest your doing some due diligence. Going down the franchise route and spending that amount of money is the opposite to some one who thinks, they can set a business for the same price of a game console ( a couple of hundred pounds).

Take your time, give yourself at least a year (two years would be better) and put in a reasonable level of investment to begin with, only invest further if its going to plan and you intend to continue.

It will probably take you two years to build the business and sell it, if you decide it’s not for you. During this time your total expenditure will probably be around12k, with total revenues of between £35k-40k.

You should be estimating the numbers - it’s all up to you, spend more, spend less, earn more, earn less. But don’t kid yourself about the cost - it will cost you, you can scrimp and save do DIY but it will still cost you thousands of pounds to have a business.

Good luck

Richard

(Also plan your business from the perspective of your time: if you had a job that paid minimum wage for 2 years – total revenue (wages) would be around £23k

Johnnyt u can get a decent vauxhall combo ( ex british gas van for around 3K )

It will have 1 owner with full service historyu and low milage... theirs loads of autotrader.

Good luck /emoticons/smile.png
