Purefreedom Trolley

The purefreedom trolley charger is staying green and its flashing batt,had battery charger on all night but not charged it just flashin green and trolley flashing batt so is it charger or batt, trolley not over used.

it was on green when i pluged it in but battery showing on display so i dornt know which is problem charger or battery so i carnt use trolley coz it shuts off.
