Hi just a quick question can wfp cleaning cause deep scratches to glass when cleaning window any examples  appriacited.

If you're heavy handed and have a contaminated brush then there is a chance you could slightly scratch the glass. To cause a deep scratch you would have to put a lot of pressure on and if you did you would probably hear it.

........ unless you have steel screws or brass jets sticking out the bottom of the brush head. But you would hear scratching as you say.

If its only one window and you have cleaned them all with no damage then its not your brush.

We have seen someone rest the bristles of his brush up against a brick wall rather than lying the brush down on the ground. He didn't even brush the bristles off before continuing to clean. We inspected the glass after it had dried and there were no scratches.

as above, ive seen lads resting their brush on a brick wall, may get stone dust on wet brush bristles,
