WFP Windows with Leaded lights above

I have a few houses with Leaded lights/windows above the main windows inbetween there is a ledge and water drips off the ledge onto the window below leaving water marks/spotting,The solution I have found is to clean all of these first then wrap a cloth/scrim around the brush and dry the ledge off and then carry on WFP the windows below the ledge.This method could probably be used on first cleans save you hanging about waiting for the drips to stop and wiping window sill of fussy customers.

How do I attach the scrim to the brush?well I wrap the scrim around the brush and fasten a couple of velco straps to hold it,£5 in B&Q.
