What battery do I need

I'm setting up a two man system with two pumps and controllers and two electric reels. What size and type of battery will work best? Thanks

Try and get a leisure battery that has a cold cranking rating or one that's rated for caravan movers.
For pumps a leisure battery is fine but reels pull a lot for a short duration.

Personally I would go for 1 battery per pump/reel. So 2 batteries in total but then you need to mains charge both, so a bit of a pain. You can parallel up the batteries so both batteries are supplying both reels/pumps but they need to be both new batteries and oof the same make and capacity.
If you parallel them up then you should connect reels and pumps +ve to battery 1 +ve and reel and pump -ve to the 2nd battery -ve. With decent thickness connections between batteries (+ve to +ve, -ve to -ve).
