    Welcome.

Customers prefer whichever method leaves them with clean windows.

Truth is if they have had WFP explained correctly and you use it correctly they get clen windows and they are happy.

I was trad for years. Out of 600 customers i lost 4 who would not convert.

Thanks for the welcome, what you are saying makes complete sense, I guess with some people mindset is difficult to change, only losing 4 customers is prove of the pudding.

    Thanks.

    Do whatever you prefer.

Customers preferance has nothing to do with it.

You're not in business to be a slave to customers they are there to be cash cows treat them as such lol

Adam I know where you are coming from and I'm going to be looking at both trad and wfp when we start up new round, just trying to gauge what the average customers preference would be, I have a lot to learn that's for sure lol

If you are just setting up the WFP all the way and you dont have issues switching them later on.

The thing is my son and good friend both have past experience with traditional ( I have zero experience) they are both going teach me traditional but none of us as any xperince with WFP would love to get some experience with someone local that is WFP savvy and teach me the ropes that way all areas are covered.

If I was a customer I would most certainly want traditional, I wouldn't want my windows left wet tbh. But I'm not a customer lol
