I have seen a round for sale in my area. The current owner is selling for ill heath reasons and has asked for a sale price of 10 times the monthly value. I would like to add the 200 customers to my rounds but feel that a multiple of 3-4 is closer to the true cost. Am I right in thinking this or completely wrongs? All suggestion welcome.

As a general rule yes, a round is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. x10 is over kill In my opinion

Thank you. I have done a bit of research and was pretty sure the figures didn't add up.
