What's the difference between soft and hard rubber?

I mainly do reach and wash until I got loads of offices internals windows so new to traditional cleaning bought a starter kit but the squeegee rubbers are crap but didn't pay much so should of known. What's the best rubbers to use ? Cheers

 
It's a personal choice what you use but they say hard rubber is better on hot glass in summer months

 
I do like softer rubber most, personally i am a Big fan of Sorbo and their rubber. If you are new to trad i would say try sorbochannels/handles it is very easy to Use for a beginner

I personally hate hard think unless he window is soaked it can flip etc and drag

I use soft but last few month like posh said razr red by facelift is amazing and lasts ages

 
I did buy some squeegees but the the rubber on them just leaves streaks and look bendy could I just buy decent rubbers and use the same squeegees that I already bought? Thanks for all the advice

if ya squeegee is a pro. brand yeah and if housewives special eh good luck
