Working Out Your Water State

I know i need a TDS to see the state if the water, but I just want to have a rough idea of what it is, so I know what kit I need to run. Is there a website that tells you this info? Or is there does anyone know the state of the water and what kit I will need. I need the info for Ash, near Aldershot, Hampshire.
