when people say they will call......

    One of my customer just told me she's going on holiday and told me she will call me when she's ready. Certainly not the first time but in my experience 99% of the time they won't. I'm thinking give her a call after 2 months.

    Its her dropping u. .. That's what happens in the line of work. Move on and be glad she didn't try to give u the slip on a balance owed

    peter rogers - was only kidding with my first comment.

    As everyone else says, if they don't say yes then they are time wasters. Thats why I try and enthasise the benefits of regular window cleaning to the customer: immaculate glass, more light coming through the windows and a clean exterior for your home. All of it is true and they'll be glad once they go with a window cleaner, so let them know this.

    Picked up a couple of jobs just now from only a little canvassing so Im on a high!!!
