Not sure what section to post this question hope its ok with @Damo to post it here...

Anyway so what service would you guys say is potentially the most profitable in terms as an add on?

Pressure washing, roof/soft washing, gutter clearance ? other ?

My area is a bit poor for add on work, i have my services listed on my website and facebook but dont really market them as such so i get some work but most houses are typical semis or terraced an council so they are never really big jobs.

Thinking about shifting my focus a bit further afield to offer services to much more affluent areas and trying to work out what to focus on ?

would rather do £200 plus jobs so thinking pressure washing or soft washing?

Im looking to drop the valeting @Tuffers

Its done me proud to be fair i paid 300 quid 3 years ago for a website and its produced me on average a couple of calls a week ever since, it still provides me with a bit of work to fill in when ive nowt else to do.

Few problems with it, firstly the money isnt that great, i can do about 20 an hour on it better than nowt but looking to get passed that rate now.. but its very hard work compared to windows a lot of twisting, bending. It also makes my van a right mess, very mess job, van full of buckets, chemicals.

Don't be angry mate but from what I know of you I would say roofs and gutters should be left out. (Your ladders are display pieces) /emoticons/smile.png)

Power washer mate. A quick tart up of a patio or paths ar side of house an easy £30 - £40 add on. Just my opinion mate.

Adam pressure washing is a good add on

Ita not a massive outlay really and the equipment doesnt take long to pay you back

Although its probly worse than valeting in terms off bending, twisting etc

Lifting and being bent over and stuff

And its very messy you and your van will need a good clean after lol

Good look

I could be a bungalow roof cleaning specialist @Green Pro Clean Ltd /emoticons/biggrin.png

Gutters i can do with the vac so thats not to much of a problem

And maybe i wouldnt mind heights so much if i had some proper ladders with safetly gear like ankalad or something i dunno.

Yeh i dont really want 40 quid jobs, ive tried that in my area and its not too successfull, would rather go after bigger jobs further affield which makes the travel worthwhile.

Pressure washing ive done before @Eviestevie and enjoy blasting stuff
