Did you not google swivel fitting? You need to spend some time and start learning part names and suppliers or you'll come unstuck
Grippatank fitted it and it's been Leak free for nearly 4 years now until the last few days....As on the other forum a hydrolock specialist , but to be honest there are a lot better fittings out there for that job ,I wouldn’t want tk be relying on a fibre washer with 80 + degree water every day , that looks a bit like a pressure washer Flexi joint
Tom Parker in Preston sell this stuff. Good luck,
It's not as easy as that....there is a million different fittings,sizes,etc...its mind boggling...its NOT a JIC hydraulic swivel by the way.....Did you not google swivel fitting? You need to spend some time and start learning part names and suppliers or you'll come unstuck
Looks like a JIC Hydraulic swivel
No dowty seals are needed mate....its been leak free for 4 years....its this little rubber washer that's perished and so should be an easy fix!As an 11yr hydraulic & pneumatic engineer, id say thats 100% a Hydraulic m/f block elbow 3/8 bsp possibley 1/4. Fitted onto that is a rectus fitting.
Your if your leaking from behind the rectus fitting you need to fit dowty seals on the male thread before putting the rectus fitting on there, id say you need 3 possible 4 dowty seals.
Part of the issue is youve got a nickle plated brass rectus fitting screwed onto a steel fitting.
Buy a brass 90degree m/f elbow that will help
Screwfix do a bix of metric and a box of imperial orings think they are about £12 and you get about 10 of each, its a bit overkill but handy to haveNo dowty seals are needed mate....its been leak free for 4 years....its this little rubber washer that's perished and so should be an easy fix!
