Stuburn Window Stains

I'm new to the game so be easy lol.... On a first clean the white PVC may have mould or water marks what's best way of getting the black water marks off from the top sills ?

Many don't agree how good Richards brushes are boars hair really scrubs though.

Loads of water a smidge of ecover. Sprayed onto brush or in back pack.

Ecover will effect TDS so be carful on that!

its it the grey/black run off from the frames, then elbow grease and gif work wonders, but charge for it properly
