Hello - I am looking to buy a hose for my system - and found one quite cheap on brodex website - however the description made me confuse - saying that a microbore hose can damage the pump fitted with pressure switches ?

why and if the microbore isn't the best one - what shall I get instead ?

here is a link to that hose http://www.brodexbms.co.uk/products/hose-accessories/100m-anti-kink-hose-microbore

in fact I need up to 35 meters only . not 100

    cheers

I've been using 100m of 8mm bore hose for the last couple of years and I've never had a problem with my pump so you'll probably be ok.

the same with me dude. No problems with it. Make sure you buy a 100psi pump. It would best to go for the 100m unless ur using a trolley system.

minibore 12mm OD 8mm ID for me as was told by pureefredom that microbore hose can put undue stress on the pump.

microbore has a 6mm ID if I'm not mistaken?
