i have been looking at how to keep the van warn on them cold nights and i have came up with this have a look and see what you think

you still need hot water, unless you just want to stop the water from freezing

what are you trying to achieve fizzy, hot water or stopping the water from freezing

i have a hot lpg boiler in the van this will turn it on when it hits 3c or what ever i want it to

you did notices that its 240v ac with a 12v dc relay

The 230v models are normally just 12V ones with a small transformer strapped on,.. its simple enough to de-solder the transformer & solder in wires for direct connection to 12V

not a promble going to use it in the garage to keep me fitters warm and ordered a 12v one for the van

Why couldn't you use an ordinary Frost Stat. I have one that is rated at 16 amps. Temp goes down, unit switches on. pump runs and Bob's your uncle.
