Wfp window cleaning round in Penn, Wolverhampton.
159 customers.
Mostly 4 weekly but some 8 weekly and a handful of 12 weekly.
Quite a few front only jobs so the average house price is slightly skewed.
I do over £40 an hour on the work.
All payments are cash or bank transfer. All good payers.
Examples -
One street - 15 jobs ranging from a £7 front only job to £16.50
All 4 weekly bar 2.
When everything is on its £193.
I get everything from initially parking the van then moving it once. Takes me 4 hours

Another street -
15 jobs ranging from £11 to £18 (plus one job at £28)
6 x 4 weekly - 9 x 8 weekly.
When everything is on its £222
Everything done from 2 van moves.
Takes me under 4 hours.

Another one -
10 jobs ranging from £15 to £22.
6 x 4 weekly. 2 x £8 weekly. 2 x £12 weekly.
When everything is on its £164.00
Everything done from 2 van moves.
Takes me 3 and a half hours.

There's 2 other streets with 11 on each.
1 street with 10 on.
All 3 involves 2 van moves on each street. Maybe 100 yards.
Couple of streets with 7 on each and I get all houses on each of these streets from the van when I park up.
And so on.

I’ve had the work about 20 months and the guy before me for 10 years.
Very compact, reasonably priced houses in a good area.
I’m reluctantly selling as I live too far away and I’m concentrating on work closer to me.

Averages £1950.00 every four weeks and I get it done in an easy 8 days.

I’m picking up new jobs every time I go there. This round has so much potential and can only grow. I wouldn’t be selling this but I’ve bought a bit of work closer to home and I’m going to concentrate on this work instead.

Looking for close to £12,000.00

Message or e-mail me for any more information.

Please note the round is all up to date and is due to be cleaned again starting from tomorrow. So I will be continuing with the work until it is sold.

Price reduced to £10k for quick sale

That would’ve been perfect for me, only about 8miles from me. Simply can’t afford it though as I’ve not long started out. Pretty sure you’ll sell it quick though, it’s a pretty saturated area around these parts. Best of luck though.
Maybe @Paul Chamberlain would be interested in selling off smaller chunks? Might be worth messaging him as compact work is hard to come by.

Why not ask if you can work it FOC for 6 months, with a contract stating he'll guarantee to keep away after. Doubt the OP needs the money straight away

Morning mate
May look at selling some of it. Message me with how much you can get together now.
Could always sell you some now and I’ll keep doing the rest for a few months until you can get some more cash together.
Someone said work it ‘FOC’ - what does that mean?
Cheers

New windy does the work, you receive they payments from your customers until the work is paid for. Effectively you receive your money over a few months and the other windy does the work for no pay (Free Of Charge). Bit like hire purchase.

As @ched999uk said, but with this method you'd have to trust them but would get more money for it as he'd be working it for 6 months so you'd get virtually £12k.
This is assuming you're time poor rather then selling it as you need the money.

Thanks for that. Yes I thought it was something like that.
Never known it work in all the years I’ve been doing this job but I suppose with the right person it could do. Not for me though

I literally can’t afford anything at the moment to be honest. And any money I do save is going to go towards a van as it just wouldn’t be possible to take on that amount of work with the set up I’ve currently got. Only just started out you see.

Ok mate
Good luck with everything. Put in the time and effort and you will make a good go of it. Takes time but you will get there if you want it enough
