got my better crocodile clips today, old ones have a screw built on to thread cable around it and tighten but too tight when opening to connect to battery
these new ones are better , they have a small gap on handle under cover do i just get a collection of wire and crimp it into handle, got no soldering gun

does anyone on here use these, if so do you just rest the bare wire, on base and tighten plate onto your wire and just lift up when on battery to disconnect power
