wooden battery box

I've just made a box for my leisure battery from ply wood and just had a thought, is this dangerous?

What are the chances the battery could spark and set fire to the box?

SPent ages on this, but will get rid of it if it's maybe a fire hazard.

Thanks, I should've just bought one of those, took me 2 blooming hours to make this thing...and now I don't even know if i can use it. ha.

My problem is I made it to measure cos the place my battery fits is very snug.
