Working when it's tipping down

    ......not by choice but I had to get a holiday home cleaned by 5 pm today and it was absolutely bucketing it down.

    Waterproofs on (well jacket at least), give the windows their usual WFP clean, spot a big bit of bird muck - comes off quicker than usain bolt deliverin post, back in the van and all done...........then the sun came out and it's been out ever since.........and you guessed it - the windows were still gleamin clean :)

    I often do jobs like that in the rain so don't bother me at all

    Must admit it was quite fun. I felt like a kid putting my waterproofs on going out to play in the rain......cause it was fookin hoofin it down.

    I have been drying mee pound notes off from my wallet today.

    You'd have to empty all of your notes into a rather large tumble dryer smurf if that happened to you :whistle:

    I have been saying for ages nothing wrong with working in rain
    I did however abandon my new clean for 9 this morning
    Huge house customer just moved in and not been done in years
    All leaded which is what I don't want to faff about with in this weather
