Feeling more tired when had a day off...

First day off in a while, rained all day.

Feel tired, sluggish, unmotivated, and sleepy!!!!

Always happens on days off,

Feel great when working, then knackered when not,

Anyone else? I know it's fairly normal that being sedentary makes you more tired, but darn is it tiring doing bugger all :yawn:

I hear you Jake, by the sounds I have more days off than you at the moment, but yes once out there I feel great, today I have had the day off and the mrs is off too, spent all afternoon in a nice country pub, nice food and too many ales, ready for a sleep now!

The rain woke up at 4 or 5 this morning 3 times and ruined my day..

Grumpy and tired and the dog came back all wet and smelling like **** so my van stank... bad day all in all.

I get 99% of my work from facebook and recommendations but if for some reaso i can't work i will stick some leaflets through

Not physically as always out and about, walk the dog, couple of hours fishing, fit in a cheeky pint, do the shopping but when it comes to mentally totally different, when working no worries as focused on the things i'm doing, when not at work all that goes through my mind is planning the upcoming jobs and schedule. Brain drain.
