Shurflo pump and Varistream problems!

I have just fitted a new Varistream controller to my 100psi Shurflo pump. The controller comes on fine and appears to be working perfectly but no water is coming out!

My other controller broke last week and I have been cleaning windows this week without a controller so the pump works fine.

Have I missed something?

is the pump buzzing? Turn controller on and check for power at pump

Turned out it was an air lock. All sorted now.
