Di vessel/resin

Hi guys. Bought 5 litres of resin as limited budget in starting with wfp. Want to know. Does the vessel need to be full to work or does it bot matter. Cheers

I would probably still use an ro myself if wanting to produce a lot of pure a month as the di resin will last much longer that way.

Thanks for all your help smurf. Are you aware as to whether the vessel needs to be full in order to work or not?

Best to have it full so the water when flowing through has a chance to get treated properly.

Fill it up to the 'bend' so leave a small space at the top. Put in some water and then slowly push the header tube and filter assembly in. Putting water in the vessel with the resin helps to make this easy.
