Hi just wondering what's the ideal tds level before going into my resin vessel. It's currently for me at 33ppm altho only had the system running a short while only produced 700 litres so far.

Is there a way of reducing that pre resin tds level?

dont know as my ro kit is still in the box as i scared of messing it up:rofl: i be jealous as you ahead of me...maybe spur me on to have a go at putting it all together..

Ideally you want the tds reading after the RO as low a possible before it hits the DI resin. Depends what RO you have but ideally should be around 002 - 010 ppm so to help make the DI resin last longer.

Far as I've always known if your water is going through a ro if your tap is 100 tds ro should get it to 5 before resin , 200 tap - 10 from ro before resin 300 tap 15 from ro and so on /emoticons/smile.png
