Hmmm I wonder why it was overflowing?:rolleyes:

As per usual the rest of the property guttering & downspouts where rammed solid with **** too.

I always like it when you grab a tuft of grass and clear a couple of metres in one go because the roots are holding it all together.

yeh i do have trouble getting the grass to grow on the lawn ...but apparently...not between my bloomin flags...grrrrr:eek:

Wouldn't those ankalads be better/safer on the other side of the fence?

The gap on the other side of the fence was too narrow to set the ladder properly.

That ladder set was a bit of a compromise as the ankalad legs are adjustable. If I was at all worried that the ladder might still slip then I would have also put on easi-dec ladder spurs aswell ;)

Those mk1 easi-dec ladder spurs were a 99p fleebay bargain but comes in very handy to carry in the van. Belt & bracer's and all that:D
