You could get away with up to 10ppm but it's a risk with some glass. Nearer to zero you get the more peace of mind until total at 0ppm.

3 is fine. I start to worry at 4 or 5

Mine went up to 001 and since swirling both vessels it's gone back down to 000 and not moved. Got into the habit of swirling me vessels before filling the tank every time now.
