I thought to post a pile of images of my new old van - after I coated the floor with protectakote - by the way it dries in 12 - 24 hrs not 3 days as mentioned in other topics ?!

Hey, that looks great, did you find you needed to sand a lot of the paint work down? And how long did it take you? I have a little Kangoo and hope I can get it done in a morning.

Thanks

When i did mine i just wire brushed it all over then got all the dust up, i used a foam roller to apply the protectacoat, the worst part was waiting for it to dry, i think it was a good day before it dried out, then i think it was a good week before the smell went! My van smelt bad even with leaving the doors open for it to dry

not really - but in some places (wheel arches photo 3) it was too bad , was totally corroded and i got on the other side trying to remove it lol . Then I just filled it back with paint pretending I haven't notice the hole and ignoring the remaining rust : )
