Gutter vac commercial sheltered accommodation

Hi was seeking some advice I have done residential gutter vacuuming but have now been asked to quote to do a care home which is a total of 22 flats/studios?

How would you go about pricing it? It's normal house height?

Anyhow myself before I contemplate giving a quote I gain as much information as possible by asking direct questions using my sales charm as you do. /emoticons/biggrin.png

1. Confirm who has requested the work to be carried out e.g the care home owner or a third party contractor etc as I like to know who/what I'm dealing with.

2. When & how much did they pay last time including name of company etc and/or are expecting to pay this time (allocated budget)

3. When do they want the works completed by.

Asking these simple direct questions weeds out the time wasters
