All my customers are happy as is ,and my pure manages new cleans fine so I personally won't bother with additives as it would mean to me just something else to fork out for ,, I can see it being a bit hit as I do know others that add to there tanks

I'm just using pure on the glass at the moment but will give an additive a try if its specifically been tested for use with WFP :)

When I was 20 I heard ammonia was amazing for making glass shine so I sourced myself a gallon of neet ammonia, with just a drop in the old bucket it really helped ,2 days later it leaked in the back of my escort and the van was good for 1 think only (the crushers) :(

Why spend all that time and effort to produce pure just to buy something to put in it ???? 10-15 years ago pure was bloody amazing and no one talked about adding stuff back then

I might consider adding something, depends what it does and if it actually does what it says.

Price will obviously play a big part, and obviously performance, but it isn't like pure doesn't work as it is?

For maintenance cleans I don't see much need for anything extra really?

For first cleans maybe sure, and for connies and stuff maybe, of and also if it helps get those spider nests out of the top corners, damn those things piss me off.

Well IMHO you don't need anything other than pure.

In some instances chems might speed the process up but I very rarely use/need them. Just the occasional ubik for connies roofs etc.

On a side note...

I once got desperate for the loo and topped up my tank - cleaned much better for the rest of the day! Top tip!

I add stuff if/when required as a boost but no I don't put additives in my van tanks.

Why would anyone want to do this? Even if you wanted to add say a rainx type additive most of it will end up on the floor

Anyway as well all know self cleaning glass works so well on its own :D

I used to go to Birmingham every 2 months to do a 6 story office that had self cleaning glass, I only cleaned inside but the windows were bloody filthy outside , I felt odd taking money from them
