Hi so i have cleaned my customers property as usual when i think well the gutters need cleaning so i will ask her.... now i have had the job for over 2 years now, and in her email she just said, "bill me when its done" she didnt even ask how much, so should i quote top wack i.e £150 which i think its worth or give her a discount as shes a long standing customer??

yeaah i think im just being to soft /emoticons/biggrin.png i gess if she was worried about money she would have asked how much it would be.

no harm in emailing back " the job will cost £150.00, please confirm and i'll begin on X date".. boom

If you're going to quote top whack then you need to confirm it with her first IMO. Nothing worst then giving someone a nasty surprise and then losing a good long standing customer from it.
