van pole rack

Hi!

Anyone selling one or know where I can get one second hand a little cheaper than 75 quid on ebay??

I just use gutter downpipes, screwed into the cross braces of the van roof. £10 of parts from B&Q holds 3 poles.

That's 3 more than the border agency and look at the size of their budget!

Rafa, drill 3 or 4 holes (measure the cross brace distance in the van first) drill holes in just one side of the pipe (not through and through) just big enough for your screwdriver to fit and then use self tapping screws.

I went with black down pipes are it looks smarter.

Rafa if you goto WFP room and look at Budget WFP Install thread the fixings i used in that cost less than £15 to mount the poles.
