i missed it but i hurd snipets think he fell out with some one on here an called a few some names or something then he left he is on ciu now and posts a lot on there now i think he was up set also about demo bing back on here an to top it off he came bk as a mod i think @Damo mite b able to shed some lite on this :lipssealed:

youd be surprised how many fakers [with van ,website etc ] there are out there . i know of one,possibly two in a town where i work. what theyre really up to is anyones guess , you certainly wont see them at a window

They might not do it for the status, but they will like the fact that it is cash rich.

how i 1st came across fakers was a guy on CIU , he was,maybe still is ,posting all day most days. Then he came onto me as we work in the same town, well he lives there but i work there. Anyhow i kept seeing his van driving about and one day he stopped to chat with a daft excuse why he wasnt actually at work [rain]but it was a really lovely sunny day . Since then hes got a much bigger van with great signwriting and i see it cruising about but NEVER seen it at work so to speak. one guess is that hes ferrying summat didgeydodgey about and using the window biz as a cover.

Years ago in a village i lived was a guy advertized did small appliance repairs from his home workshop but if anyone wanted their hoover or whatever mended he never would,never had time. one villager even dropped off their hoover at his when he wasnt there so he could hopefully fix it - months later they called to see how it was and it was laying outside in the garden without a motor in it! Drove a brand new merc vito V6 petrol top of range , tinted windows

But it is if you are doing something else (naughty stuff), and then claiming that the money is coming from a legitimate window cleaning business. Money laundering basically.

I get ya, yeah I guess, suppose it would be good cover.

We all know they're faking, drug dealing under the guise of window cleaners due to the cash nature of our business!

What these numpties don't realize is if they DID actually clean the windows every time they delivered the drugs as well they would have a few quid extra in their pockets.

Dealing dope is OK but supplies are sporadic from time to time when the government narcs crack down which can mess with your cash flow so doing the windows is what keeps me afloat during the hard times.

alan is very securtive person he went ape when a member on here uploaded his real name websight ect not menshion any names /emoticons/biggrin.png, he speshelises in block paving pressure washing upvc cleaning im shore he just does a little bit of window cleaning not lots buy any strech

He's secretive because so many hate him - honestly that's why !

Smurf knows that other people from the same area could see his posts if they looked which he (wisely i think) would never discuss prices etc

How do we know when we disclose info how many of our opposition aare reading it..eg: there is a guy who is a member on here who is in my town..luckily we get on and we have both offered each other jobs we can't for whatever reason do ourselves but it could be someone who wants to be ruthless reading everything you have to say

Smurf's core business is gutter cleaning. Window cleaning is done after the gutters are cleaned as part of the service. I don't think he has much of a window cleaning customer base.
