snapped pole

6 weeks old , and in the middle of a street of terraced houses, my wfp decided to snap.. not the actual pole, the connector between the main pole and the small peice at the end.. managed to bodge it for the rest of the day and can proably fix it but not happy... /emoticons/sad.png oh well thats the way it goes

 
Did the exact same on a new Gardiner pole by over tightening the brush.Clean off and had to bodge up for the rest of the day.I always keep a spare in the van now.

 
That's rubbish! 6 weeks old and broken? Are you going to get a refund/swap out?

 
streamline xtel .. the pole itself is fine, its the threaded black part at the end that has snapped.. bugger
