Cement on slabs?

What's is he best way to remove cement splatter from paving slabs, on a job after a extension has been built and there is cement splatter on a few.

Hi Lewis. My mate is a stone mason and he says you can buy a fluid/acid that dilutes cement

But don't mix acid and hypo apparently you can cause a dangerous chemical reaction ... Which makes it tempting actually - might try some
