2016 leaflet marketing campaign

So I decided this year I would do some leaflet campaign. I don't advertise as my customer Base has stayed the same for a few year.. give or take a few. But I want to put up my prices and in January I dropped about 50 customers so needed to replace them.

So i bought 15 000 a5 flyers and got a local deliverer who is going to deliver them for £30 per 1000.

Should be interesting. Once I get about 40 I'm going to bump up the old customer prices and see who cancels.

Why did you drop 50 clients?

Why did you not price rise them to make it worthwhile job and then if they leave you that's a different story but dumping 50 is quite the gamble.
