What is the active ingredient in "hypo"?

 

Is it good to use on gutters too?

I only use on gutters if doing full house then it all gets hypod

If your just doing gutters then use something less lethal as you don't need to kill anything

Hypo is a biocide which kills organisms

Yes. And it does. Bit of baby shampoo works great.
