Sorry should have made my question clearer,does UBIK whiten frames?does it remove stains on PVC that pure water cant remove?, bleach is excellent on white PVC,cladding, conny's, etc. It whitens all plastics.

Bleach will always be better for whitening frames, but I would use it following a good clean and that's where the ubik comes in.
