Decking Oil on glass and frames

I recently cleaned some decking for a customer who then decided to oil it himself. Problem is he managed to spray the decking oil on the white upvc window frames and glass. Does anyone have a suggestions as to what I could use to clean it off with as little pain as possible?

I was thinking of having a go with some Ubik or TFR. I tried Barkeepers friend but that was really slow going and didn't get all of it off.

Dont know would it work on decking oil but on anything like paint or glue stains I am using Paint Thinner. Works perfect and no hard scrubbing needed.

If it an oil or oil based...like creasote etc...there a chance it penetrated the plastic and stains it proper

Thought I would add here that I talked to a painter friend of mine and he got me some "paint sprayer cleaner" took everything off in 1 swipe really nicely. Going to have a play with it on Graffiti shortly at £14 for 4l it could be a very nice remover.
