what size pointer / A ladder

It's been a while since I cleaned windows as I've had a 5-year break from it. But I'm back! And I'mm getting some equipment.

In the past I've had a few home-made pointers - an great piece of equipment. So useful, especially when you're 5'6 like me. I'm going to buy one, but not sure which size to go for.

Any advice?
