Commercial costing

WCF

Help Support WCF:

You need to factor in different things with commercial so I wouldn't price the same as residential... firstly it's a bigger job, a bigger set up, a higher skill set needed, if something goes wrong it will cost you a lot more to rectify... the list goes on!! A commercial job will have a bigger budget also so you'd be an ass to quote the same as your hourly residential rate... commercial is the cream.

Price it per block some go in on day rates depend's on what you want to earn ...I'd look at most jobs at 40ph if u r going down the hourly rate route.

Access ..is the people about etc all that add on to price

Commercial should always earn you more and be priced higher than residential.

No one can tell you what or how to price with out seeing but some factors to think about.

frequency-one off or regular?

How high is the building?the higher you go the more expspensive it is.

Accsess.is it all easy to get to do you need mewps?

Do you have the tools, manpower insurance,Rams to take on a large job.

if you don"t know what your doing it's probably best not to start with a large 10 block site get the price wrong and your be doing it for free.
