Average house quote

90% of my houses are like this one. The front is same as back. I charge £12. I get the impression on here that I'm too cheap. How much do you clean

For me £12 is bang on the money for those types of houses. Can do one of those in 10-15 minutes. So about 3 per hour if spread out and 4 if I don't have to move the van.

£12 is good money for that , why do you do the other house for £20 ???? 3 story and balconies??? Doesn't make any sense to me

You would be lucky to get £8 round me for that

I'd charge £8 for that if it was in a round. Though I know some windys round ere would charge a fiver. On it's own I'd try £12. In South Yorkshire.

It's all about location.... I would charge £14 or £15. £8 fronts and £7 back but away from London it's cheaper. Plus my older customers are a few quid cheaper
